Over the past couple of months, I’ve recently become incontinent. I’ve had medical tests and there doesn’t seem to be a underlaying reason as to why this has happened. The hospital has advised me to just start wearing incontinence pants or pads but I have no idea where to start this is brand new to me. What pants or pads are right for me? where do I buy them? I really don’t want to be going into a shop to buy them personally! I’m only 42. Please help!!

Hi,
My concern with the nappy style is that i’m active and would worry that it may unfasten. what do you think? i’m a 34 inch waist so was thinking a size medium.

The breathable ones tend to sag for me. Tena’s plastic backed ‘Active Fit’ range are a lifesaver for me. I’m an active 43 year old who walks about 12 miles a day and they never snag, droop, catch, etc. I’d rather be wearing Calvins but the Tenas are pretty amazing at their job so can’t complain too much!
