Anyone have any experience wearing these? Designed to be worn with just a disposable pad inside the secure welded pocket.
They are made of PVC.

I actually wear them with pads. Full time too… day and night and only with disposable pads placed inside the plastic pocket as you say. They are wonderfully comfortable to wear, perfect fitting to the human body, in this i mean they sell hip size going up in 2 inch increments so you can get get a close fit if you like.
Do you wear much with just the pads?
