Yes, you can. I self-referred myself to our local NHS Continence and Urology clinic at the age of 40, when I had started to wet the bed again having been dry since my late teens. After various examinations and tests, I was recommended the use of incontinence pads, since they were of the opinion that medications were not likely to be of much, if any help (I did not want to go the medication route anyway), and since no identifiable cause was apparent, surgery was not a viable option. So for nearly ten years no I have been supplied with pads, which are delivered, as and when I need them.
