I now realise I had giggle incontinence as a child that went untreated. I still have it now as an a 33 year old adult. I’m wondering if it is caused by a dysfunctional pelvic floor, that may also be a contributing factor to my anorgasmia (inability to orgasm) despite a positive and healthy sex life. Thoughts?
