I had a baby about a year ago and have bad stress incontinence…this is so annoying!! Are there options of surgery available for me? Want to get it sorted as soon as I can..if anyone is in the same position as me advice would be reassuring

My advice would be to visit a urologist and ask about a bladder retraining program, which is a natural method for treating incontinence. If your stress incontinence is severe, I would also ask about getting a pessary fitted.
