I’m 54 years old and still have no control over my blader when I’m working
Ok when sat and at night
Have been doing exercises and have even tried Lenovo pelvic floor machine
Without much success
Any other suggestions?
Yes cutting down on coffee can help, as it is a bladder irritant.
If you could limit your sugar intake, that can be helpful. Try not to become dehydrated by not drinking enough water however, as this can further irritate the bladder.
Have you decided to see the physio? I would do this so you can rule out the problem of doing the exercises wrong.
