I’ve just woken up in a wet bed second time and his week. I’m so embarrassed this hasn’t happened in years and I don’t know why it’s happened need some advice
Got to nervous about my doctor appointment and cancelled last minute to embarrassed to talk face to face about my bed wetting.
I’m trying to stick to cutting down fluids before bed and wear pads to bed which I’m getting used to wearing now Also try to set an alarm to wake me in the night to use the loo.
Still occasionally wet myself if I don’t set my alarm or don’t wake up when it goes off as I’m a heavy sleeper.
Is it ok to be wear pads as a solution?
