He has a urine bag fitted but has the start of dementia and forgot to turn off the tap. A whole bag of urine has leaked onto the mattress and bed. We have tried all the recommended treatments as in bicarbonate of soda and vinegar but none have worked. I am told only option is an enzyme cleaner. Can anyone recommend a tried and tested one please. Thank you

Hi,
After having a look, this product from Furniture Clinic has good reviews and is designed for removing urine stains and odour. It is enzyme activated and can be used on all surfaces.
You can also buy odour digesters, such as the Magic Odour Digester here, which conceal odours and provide a pleasant odour to mask the smell.
Let me know if you need any more guidance.
