I think I may have incontinence. I know I need to contact my GP but the fear of the unknown makes me feel a little uneasy and anxious! I was just wondering if anyone knows how incontinence is diagnosed? What will they do to me? what may they ask me to do?
Would you be comfortable in a pull up pant? They are elasticated, stretchy pants that replace your underwear. These are perfect for an active lifestyle as they provide freedom of movement and flexibility. As they are less bulky, you might be more comfortable in these than an all in one. They can however, be slightly harder to put on and take off than pads. Do you think you’d be ok changing these?
They are also often more absorbent than a normal pad, which should be suitable for your accidents. Would you like me to recommend you a specific product?
