There are but usually they are for bowel. I use splash about neoprene shorts with tight plastic pants and a tena slip. I was wearing them last week in Brighton and had an embarrassing moment though – a baby girl was wearing the same and her mum laughed! I didn’t know they were just large versions of their popular baby range….
The majority of men’s incontinence swimwear products are designed for light incontinence or bowel incontinence, this is something that should hopefully change in the future!
