Ultra 20 offers the option of tibial stimulation, where skin electrode pads are positioned on your ankle, delivering stimulation along the tibial nerve. The INNOVO®, on the other hand, wraps around your thighs. It is attached to a hand-held controller, so you can vary the intensity of the pelvic stimulations. Innovo does claim to show results in 4 weeks, whereas the Ultra 20 claims to show results in 12 weeks. Neither product requires use with a probe. The Innovo is more expensive however, with an £100 difference. Looking at online reviews, Innovo does seem to be more popular.
