Hello,
I was hoping on some advice I suffer with what I believe is incontinence I’m 80 and just manage this by changing my underwear regularly which isn’t ideal my age! I was thinking of just using some normal sanitary pads but I don’t know if this would be advised. I would appreciate some advice on products available for light incontinence.
Thank you in advance
Joan xx
Hi Joan,
Sorry to hear you are struggling with this. Sanitary products are not designed to absorb urine, so it is important that you do not settle for this. You need a specialised incontinence product to provide you with the security you need. There are a lot of options for light incontinence products; feel free to read our blog on the different types of light incontinence products.
Choosing a product often depends on your mobility. Are you fairly mobile or do you have limited mobility?
