I was hoping on some advice I suffer with what I believe is incontinence I’m 80 and just manage this by changing my underwear regularly which isn’t ideal my age! I was thinking of just using some normal sanitary pads but I don’t know if this would be advised. I would appreciate some advice on products available for light incontinence.
Thank you in advance
Bladder training allows you to gradually hold more urine in the bladder, so you eventually do not have to rush to the toilet. It consists of lengthening the time between toilet visits, and a specialist can recommend a program for you. It also teaches you to suppress urgency.
Have you been to a Doctor about your incontinence? This is vital, as a Doctor can pinpoint the cause of your incontinence and look for the best solution.
