In various situations, my mother has left a wet seat behind her ( in a restaurant, dining chair at my son’s house , sitting on our sofa ) I usually am able to clean up . I have bought disposable briefs for her , but she does not always wear them . How blunt can I be , I don’t want her to be ashamed , she has told the doctor that it’s not a problem . How blunt can I be when she has an accident and I clean up after her ?
According to our experience, there is often a time for a person to adapt to the new condition. And very often there is a bit of denial.
Keen to know if others reading this had to face the same situation and what did they do to enfore their relatives wearing incontinence products?
