Incontinence after surgery is due to disruption or distress to the sphincter muscles controlling the release of urine. It is normal to leak for the first few weeks. However, this should cause small light leaks rather than heavy leaks.
You can read our guidance on incontinence after robotic prostatectomy.
I would definitely visit a GP or Urologist for a scan and guidance on why your leaks are heavy. There is no need for you to put up with the flooding, and there are surgery options available if needed.
Have you tried doing kegel exercises? These should also help you with regaining bladder control.
