I have been wearing nappy style pads (slips) for about a year and as it is becoming warmer I have decided I need a smaller product. I am becoming increasingly self conscious wearing these, and as I hear about more discreet products I would like to try these. I do however, have moderate incontinence that is sometimes fairly light and sometimes heavier. Am I doing the right thing by trying a shaped pad? Don

Hi Don,
There is no harm in trying shaped pads. However, bear in mind that there are a lot less absorbent than all in one pads.
I would advise staying away from the light pads and using a shaped pad for moderate to heavy incontinence. Is your incontinence just urinary or both faecal and urinary?
