I have incontinence after complications with a hysterectomy, and I have been invited to a get together at my friend’s house. I want to stay overnight like everyone else, as we are having a beauty night hosted my friend who is a representative. I am just worried about what to do with my products…odour being revealed etc. My incontinence is urinary and quite heavy at times. My worst nightmare is leaking on something or her discovering it. Does anyone have tips on managing this at someone else’s house?

Relax – there are excellent products out there to help you. My own incontinence product of choice is I.D. Expert belted slips and I sleep soundly when I have one on. They are so discreet and, in the morning, you can change yourself and use a Kordis blue disposal bag if you have wet overnight. They are available in packets of 50 on the Sainsbury`s feminine care counter and are scented to neutralise any odours. Have no fear about anything showing either – they contour well to male and female anatomy. Hope this helps and good luck with your party!
