l wear incontinence pads and sometimes the pants, l have to take extra with me when going out as sometimes l completely wet myself on the way to the loo, it seems to have become worse in the last 6months (female)
I had the same problem which was a steadily worsening of loss of control of my bladder.
I lived with it until needing to go into hospital for treatment for something else.
To my embarrassment, the situation revealed itself and I was forced to confess, Nobody was judgemental and approached the problem in a thoroughly professional manner.
I was fitted with a catheter which I am currently becoming used to and receive support from the District Nurse with care and supplies while options are examined that may work for me.
Worst case, I keep the catheter (and my dignity) by allowing me total freedom to go where I want and empty my bladder when I want not at random times which was mortifying when it happened in public.
It is not the solution I would have preferred, but it puts me in a much better place that before. so I am grateful for the intervention that I was too embarrassed to seek for myself.
