I’m a 55-year-old female and struggle with leakages when I cough, sneeze, laugh, lift things and when doing any form of exercise. I’ve herd of bladder training I was hoping to find out more about it and if it could be effective for my situation?? Has anyone tried this??
Thank you for the information provided. This has been going on for a while but i never thought much of it until i read a magazine article which made me worry a little that this situation could potentially get worse in later life. I’ve only been doing kegel exercises but only for a short period of time. How long would you say it should take until i start noticing a difference?
