I’m a 55-year-old female and struggle with leakages when I cough, sneeze, laugh, lift things and when doing any form of exercise. I’ve herd of bladder training I was hoping to find out more about it and if it could be effective for my situation?? Has anyone tried this??
How have you been finding practising kegel exercises? Do not worry about not having immediate results; it often takes up to 12 weeks to notice a significant change.
