I don’t mind if there a bit bulky in the front, just need something that is super absorbent.
I have over-active bladder and athletic urgency as well. This means that I wet more often than not when I run each week and also when out and about taking moderate exercise, walking the dog, for instance. In my view wear a proper slip/nappy – for my money I.D. Expert are the best. They do not show under Lycra etc as they contour beautifully to male and female anatomy and won`t let you down, even if you have one big or multiple wets.
Incontinence pull up pants are often very ideal for exercising, as they provide maximum discretion and are designed for active lifestyles.
However, if you have very heavy leaks and want the highest absorbency, it would be worth trying an all in one slip (nappy style product). iD Expert Slip Maxi are very cost-effective and provide a very high absorbency.
