Will bladder training stop me from having accidents will it restore the normall function of my bladder so i can get on with my life as usuall going out and about shopping and car journeys
There are no guarantees with bladder training and incontinence. It will certainly help to strengthen your muscles so accident could possible become less frequent or stop. Bladder training is definitely worth trying. Have you tried using any products? How heavy and frequent are your accidents? Do you see any pattern as to when they happen?
I haven’t tried bladder training yet, but I have been reading up on this. I never know if my accidents will be heavy or light or how frequent they will be. I started using Depends Comfort for women and they have been my saviour on so many occasions. They are so discreet and feel like normal pants. I didn’t want something bulky and uncomfortable. Be interesting to know if anyone has tried bladder training and if it has worked in any way for them. Have you thought about using any kind of products?
I dont want to be using products they are a last resort if bladder training doesnt work i am 7 weeks in and it has really helped with urgency i can sit at peace and hold my bladder for 2 hours at times i havent gone out and had the urge to pee yet. I have posted a qurstion on wether any one found bladder training effective but no responses yet i have looked online but not found anything on wether or not it has worked for some people.you should try it i have noticed a diffrence with it im just at a stage where im wondering how effective it will be
That’s brilliant. I’m really pleased that it has been of some help to you. I will definitely consider giving this a go. I use the pants as they allow me to go about my daily life with no worries about the embarrassment of accidents, but if a natural way can also help, I am willing to give anything a go. Let me know how you get on and good luck for the future
