I’ve had incontinence for a year now (happened all of a sudden last April)
Whilst I wait for the next Dr appointment to discuss botox / sacral nerve stimulation, I wonder what I can do to help in the meantime.
Currently I do kegal exercises 4 times a day.
I wonder what benefits from using the Kegal8 device I’ve seen. You can use the electrode pads, has anyone experience?
Thank you for your question. Looking online, the Kegel8 Device does have good reviews in general.
If anyone has used these, it would be interesting to hear your experience?
The majority of the reviews are prompted by Kegal after 3 weeks, and are generally ‘great packaging’ ‘great customer service’ ‘easy to use’ ‘I think there is some effect’ ‘very satisfied, but too early to say’ etc.
There are very much fewer 12 week reviews.
I used the ‘Kegal 8 for men’ for 12 weeks religiously. It had no effect whatsoever.
