I am a 33 year old female and have found myself suffering from stress incontinence after my second childbirth. Is anyone else in the same situation as me where exercising causes a huge panic? I have what is called “athletic urgency” which makes stress incontinence happen when I do my weekly run. I wear a slip which is perfectly undetectable under running trousers or shorts. If you wear a leotard or something similar, there might be more bulk visible underneath but you can get samples of all products from the many suppliers on the internet and find one that suits you. You are not alone – many men and women have this condition and it CAN be managed. Regards.
