when did that start for you? I had the same problem in my mid-40s but I only was losing a bit of urine at the time. I was advised to do pelvic floor exercises which I did. I saw quite an improvement after a couple of months practicing although I still experience this issue now and again. I use light incontinence pads for little accidents but other than that pevic floor exercices helped a lot for me.
Do you experience urine leaks when exercising as well as when standing up?
