I suffer from incontinence and I’m going abroad with family this summer. I’m worrying about leaking while travelling especially and wondered if you had any advice to help with this experience?
Are any products available to offer additional protection as well as normal incontinence pants?

Thanks for your advice, i’m really nervous about it but looking forward to a break. I don’t currently take any medication for it. Can you buy it from shops or would i have to see my GP?
I’m currently wearing Tena pants super medium but just worried they aren’t going to be sufficient enough. My incontinence is just bladder and i would say it’s medium but occasionally it can be more which is my main concern for travelling i don’t want to leak everywhere!
