The cystocele that your GP found is the dropping of the bladder into the vagina. These usually result from damage to the muscles and tissues that hold the pelvic organs up. Your muscles may have been stretched a lot and have become weakened.
If you are seeing no improvement with tablets, you do need to ask about surgery options from your GP. If your GP cannot suggest any treatment, you can visit a Urologist. Talk to a Urologist about your cystocele, as it may require surgery to erase incontinence.
You should not have to live with incontinence, so keep talking to professionals.
