I know that pelvic floor exercises are recommended for urinary incontinence and this is something that I’m trying out. How do I know if I am doing it right? are any other exercises recommended for urinary incontinence?
It can take up to 15 weeks before you see any difference. You do have to keep these up all the way through your life to maintain pelvic floor strength. However, it is worth it for when you see a huge improvement.
Have you been doing these for more than 3 months? If you have been doing these for more than 3 months and aren’t noticing a difference, it is worthwhile to see a continence advisor to check if there is another problem
