I’ve just woken up in a wet bed second time and his week. I’m so embarrassed this hasn’t happened in years and I don’t know why it’s happened need some advice
I bought the pads you recommended they do take some getting used to they feel bulky under my pjs but have also made me feel more Relaxed at bed time not as stressed about having an accident while asleep and waking up in wet sheets.
Trying not to drink to much fluid after 8pm and cut out caffeine and sugary drinks on an evening not had an accident for the last two nights. Not sure if it’s a cutting out the drinks or in not stressing so much about having accidents now I’m trying out the pads.
Made an appointment for a couple of weeks time earliest I could get.
