I am currently using boots stay dry slips, but I wake up cold and wet during the night
I’ve never tried those and can’t really judge on the actual absorbency of the product. It says on the pack that those Boots slips are similar to the Attends Regular M8 (M stands for Medium) which I’ve already tried and has a pretty descent absorbency level (2099mls ISO absorbency).
Maybe you can try the Attends Slips Regular M9 which is the next level in terms of absorbency. (2899mls)
Sample-wise I know that Tena’s pretty good at offering free samples but most Tena products are more expensive than any other brand out there.
Let us know how you get on if you get to try those Attends M9.
Hi,
You need a product that is more absorbent and suitable for nighttime. Is your incontinence quite heavy?
If you let me know your mobility I can recommend you an ideal product.
In my experience, finding the right product is crucial to well-being and comfort and it may take a bit of trial and error, making use of the free samples of products now offered by our sponsor. There is no need to wake up cold, as well as wet. The best combination for me is I.D.Expert slip, in super absorbency, in a medium fit size. (The maxi absorbency is too bulky to wear at night). It is necessary to wear the slip close to one`s body and then put a pair of close-fitting cotton briefs over the top. For extra security, as well as peace of mind, I also put a brief style plastic pant on as well. I sleep soundly and have never awoken cold. The key is to have things close to one`
s body, though not too tight as to be uncomfortable. Hope this helps.
Tena Slip Active Fit Ultima. The most secure all in 1 slips I’ve ever worn. (And I’ve been wearing Tena undies for 30 years!). These are great!
You can purchase TENA Slip Ultima here online.
Let me know how you’ve got on with finding a product in the meantime!
