I am using iD Expert form for my incontinence, which is light to moderate. However, I am starting to find these too bulky and have heard that there are smaller options available. Does anyone have anything else in mind that I can use please, just want something that won’t make me paranoid or feel like they’re sticking out all the time. Maria

Hi Maria,
iD Expert Form are very absorbent and reliable. However, there are more discreet options that you could use for your incontinence. TENA Lady Discreet Normal would be a good place to start. These are specially designed for women, and are small shaped pads that are undetectable in underwear.
