I am soon to go on a long haul flight. A major contributor to my incontinence is diuretics, which I have to take for oedema due to nephritis. Would it be sensible to pause taking the diuretics before the flight?

It would be effective to stop taking the diuretics before taking the flight, however I would advise visiting a Doctor first to ensure this is safe. Do you have time to visit a professional before you fly?
You could also ask about some medication you could take to prevent leakages from happening on the flight.
I would recommend wearing a very absorbent product, such as an all in one so you are fully protected. Let me know if you need any product recommendations.
