Help please…I am struggling to find a product that doesn’t look super bulky/obvious. my incontinence is only light and I don’t want to walk around in a huge product!!! tried loads of stuff! any suggestions please would be great
Hi,
Don’t worry, there are plenty of products in the market now that aren’t bulky!! Small shaped pads or thin pull up pants are a go-to for many people with light incontinence.
Can I ask what you’ve tried that didn’t work for you?
i feel like it was the TENA Pants..maxii or something, not sure what absorbency. my friend recommended them to me and never again!! i felt like i was wearing a tent…not for me. tbh I’m a bit scared of trying pull ups again unless they’re like actual underwear. would like to hear about these thinner pants as I can’t seem to find any??
You’ve been given the wrong absorbency in the past, there are thinner options available for you, don’t worry.
Do you have a fairly active lifestyle? We don’t generally recommend pants for people with low mobility, as they can be difficult to put on and take off.
The Ladies Cotton Comfy Pants are very light incontinence pants that look and feel just like normal underwear. These only have 100mls absorbency however, so would only be ideal if you have the rare leak/stress incontinence accident. How frequent do you have accidents?
Hi,
Sorry to hear that you are having trouble finding a suitable product. Have you heard of Contiform? It\’s a vaginal device which supports the bladder neck and thus stops any leaking. It\’s very discreet and is multi-use which is much better than one use items.
Here is a link for the Contiform information page.

They have a promotion running at the moment also so that you ca get 10% off.
