After the catheter is removed, you are likely to have leakage of urine after this surgery. There is no standard answer to this unfortunately; your Urologist should understand the extent which the operation has affected your urination frequency. You could experience leakage from weeks to months depending on your circumstance.
Being incontinent or peeing more often is a problem that does usually get better over time. Make sure you talk to a Doctor or continence nurse about pelvic floor exercises to ensure you are doing these correctly. These can quickly speed up the recovery process.
