I have been told I may be experiencing mixed incontinence. What exactly is this? Has anyone had this before?

Mixed incontinence is the combination of both stress incontinence and urge incontinence. This condition causes urine leaks when pressure is put on the bladder as well as sudden urges to urinate. It is treatable in most cases, so do not be worried.

Hi, No i haven’t considered any treatment. What treatments are available? I’m pretty uneducated about the situation at the minute. Thanks.

I haven’t actually been to the doctors yet so i’m not that clued up about the situation. I’ve come to realise I’ve had light incontinence since been younger and having children. Things just never got totally back to normal in that department. I’ve allays just sort of dealt with it until i started getting urges with little warning and now its getting difficult to manage. What is sacral nerve stimulation?
