Someone help me please! Recently, my daughter told me she’d been leaking at school for the past 3 months. She’s 13 and has been using sanitary towels for this. Can someone give me tips on how to help her with this please…she’s adamant that isn’t going to the Doctors as she doesn’t want anyone else to know

Thank you for this. I have sat her down and she told me that it is indeed that when pressure is on the bladder. It occurs mainly in PE and when she walks home from the bus. After googling it I have found it is called stress incontinence??
After persuading her, she has let me take her to a Doctor.
yes please, I want something that she can feel confident in and won’t be noticeable to her peers.
