I’m hoping for some advice as I never seem to make it to the toilet in time. I’m 63 and have limited mobility. I know I need to get to the toilet but can’t never quite make it in time without leakage. I’m wondering if anyone has any advice on products or changes I can make to help?

Hi everyone,
I’m not using anything at the moment as i haven’t a clue what to purchase. i wouldn’t say the leakages are very heavy but enough that i need to change my under pants often which is very frustrating. Can anyone tell me more about the tena men? how do i choose an absorbency? Would anyone recommend any other products?
