i am having alot of problems with bladder control and i am not sure if i should use nappies or not. just a little shy over the whole thing so i am hoping we can work this out if someone responds really sorry

For heavy incontinence, all in ones (nappy style products) are the most absorbent option you can go for. They are often belted and feature velcro fixation.
What product are you currently in? All in ones can take some getting used to as they can feel different to a pant product or small pad. However, they are perfect for absorbing a lot of urine at once.
