Hi,
I am a 47 year old female and experience moderate incontinence. I do have an active lifestyle, and am looking for a product that can support me when I do sport/run my errands etc. I am looking at Depend Active Fit mainly due to the name…do these actually cater to a busy lifestyle? I want a product that is discreet under clothing. Lisa
I found them to be a little uncomfortable. Personally I wear tena slip maxi active fit. They are like proper nappies though so it can take time to get used to wearing them. They are brilliant for keeping you dry even after several episodes of heavy leakage. They are pretty discrete but they are plastic backed so do crinkle slightly but with my experience, once you have clothes on, you really can’t tell. . . . Hope this helps.
Hi Lisa,
I`ve been a fan of I.D. Expert slips for a long time now. I have an over-active bladder and need 24/7 protection. It does take a bit of mental adjustment to get used to the feel of a nappy around you, but once mastered, will give you the confidence you are looking for. I run for exercise and would not be without my slip in place. Totally discreet under clothing so no one will know what you have on as the slips are very contoured to your body if you fit them carefully and get the right size and absorbency. If you wet heavily and have multiple episodes whilst you are out and about, they will not let you down at all till you are able to change yourself. I always keep a couple of spares in the car.
Good luck
John
