Hello, I am a male with stress incontinence and people keep recommending TENA for Men. However, these do look quite small and I’m worried about them just being a discreet alternative to good products. Are they actually reliable?
Tena for Men are big sellers out there and they turn out to be quite affordable as well, especially when you buy them in bulk on specialists websites.
Basically the range includes Tena Men Level 1, 2, 3 and another called Tena Men protective shield for small leaks. The more you go up in numbers, the more absorbent these products are.
To be honest I’ve tried Tena Men, Abena Abri Man and Attends for Men and they all tend to be fairly similar for me. Best advice I could give you is to have a go and try some bunch! Let us know how you get on.
I dont particularly like them because of the shape of them as when they are wet I find gravity makes urine go down to the narrowist part between your legs I know they are only meant for light leakage so I had to go up to a bigger product so make sure they are the right absorbency for you I always tend to get something more absorbent than I need to avoid accidents and am a firm believer in plastic pants for added security but I need a snug fit in these
