After robotic surgery to remove my prostate 8 weeks ago, I’m still struggling with incontinence. I really struggle to locate my pelvic floor muscles as well. I have found a few machines that can exercise it for you using electric impulses. Some are invasive pieces of equipment others attach to your thighs. I think because my Pelvic floor is weak I struggle to excercise this muscle. These machines are not cheap but less than a years supply of nappies. Anyone have any experience of these or are they just like all these other fixes for things like bad backs? Placebo rather than cure?
Thanks in advance, please be honest.
Looking on the internet, I have seen that the Innovo has mixed reviews. Many people complain that it is difficult to get the wrappings in the correct positions. The comfort of the machines also has mixed reviews. However, there are a number of positives claiming that the machines really did change their lives, so it seems they are not a placebo. However, it would be best to hear from someone who has used it.
If anyone on here has tried Innovo for Men, it would be interesting to here people’s experiences.
