I have incontinence and have been experiencing this for probably nearly a year now I’m still not very confident with products available and still learning how to deal with this. I’m very conscious when out in public or if I have anyone round at my home. I’ve herd of plastic underwear for adults and was wondering what they are used for? Would anyone recommend a specific pant? I was wondering if they would benefit me.

It’s worth at least trying an all-in-one brief, like a Tena Slip – I know it can be hard to get used to as it feels like you’re wearing a nappy, well, let’s face it, you are wearing a nappy, but it’s nothing to be ashamed of, and gives a lot more security than a pull-up version. They’re more discreet than you would think if you dress sensibly.
