I buy incontinence pants for my daughter who has several learning disabilities. She feels quite comfortable in the TENA pants and we have been trying these for a while. However, recently after my husband has left his job due to illness, we are struggling with money. We do get disability support, however I am really still struggling and would like to know if there are any cheaper brands that are just as effective. I would like high quality products for her if possible. Thanks a lot
Hi, I’m really sorry to hear about your husband’s illness, I wish him a speedy recovery. I do think that the continuance service should be doing more for you. by providing all the countenance products your daughter needs. might be worth talking to them and explaining your new circumstances. other than that, a food bank might be able to help. or… obviously, I don’t know your daughter’s size. but… I have 3 spare cases of TENA slip medium-plus these are nappies, not pull-ups. so it is dependent on if your daughter would wear them or not. and if they fitted. but they are yours if you want, and possible. we all fall on a hard time, in our lives from time to time. what I’m not prepared to do is put my contact info up on the internet for all to see, and I wouldn’t suggest you do either. but if these would be useful to you contact one of the admin staff on here. they have my email address. and we will go from there. take care of yourself. and I hope life turns a corner for you and your family soon.
