Hi,
I have a Dad with Dementia who is now severely incontinent during the night. Does anyone have any tips on choosing a product for him that he won’t move around/ make him irritable? He doesn’t like trying new things and I’m worried he will not adapt to a heavy product :/ thanks
The German healthcare company Suprima do a range of nightwear to aid people in your dad’s situation, all in one PJs and body suits that make it harder to remove incontinence products. They are a huge company. Clara-Vital have their full range and ship to the UK cheaply and within a few days.
I agree that all in one ‘nappy’ style pads would be most appropriate, perhaps some plastic pants on top also? Suprima do a wide range too including breathable PUL ones if crinkly plastic is problematic.
Best wishes to you all
