I am very stressed at the moment. I am very worried by the virus. Also, I am finding I am getting desperate for the toilet at home at times. A few times recently I think I have peed in my clothes. I then worry and panic. I have to shower then and put my clothes in the wash. Just came across this site today.
Hi Rachelle I am the same, especially when all the public toilets are closed! I can’t recommend tena pants highly enough, they are not sexy but they let you get on with your day on confidence. I am trying out Sainsbury’s own brand today, they seem good too. I was hesitant to buy them but they have honestly transformed my life. I am relatively young, 37 and have had difficulty since I had my daughter almost seven years ago via a section. I really hope this helps. Gayle

Hi Rachelle I am the same, especially with all the public toilets being closed! A few days ago I took the plunge and bought some tena pants and honestly they have transforned my life! I used to go to the toilet about five times an hour because I’ve had a lot of difficulty passing urine since I had my daughter almost seven years ago but tena pants let me carry on with my day with much less toilet visits! They have honestly transformed my life. Sainsbury’s own brand seem good too and are much less bulky. I really hope this helps.Gayle
Some good advice by the previous poster. I wear slips 24/7 and, as you say, with public areas closed for the time being, you can “let go” if you have to without any embarrassment if you are away from facilities. Don`t let yourself get too stressed about the condition. It`s very common and no one will shame you for wearing necessary protection. All of my close friends and family have been very supportive.
