I have recently had a few public wetting accidents espescially while at work and have really struggled to hide them making me unable to continue my shift. I have decided I need to start wearing either a pull up or nappy during the day so i can control my wetting. I need recommendations for the most descreet products that will not show through my clothes at all as I would prefer no one I work with find out. Id like opinions before i commit to buying.
I’ve been using Tesco Free Spirit Men Active Shields. With tight fitting underwear, you would hardly know it’s there. I’m still quite conscious that others can tell, and they do feel a bit nappy like, but they are very discreet and I wear them for work all the time. Much cheaper than the Tena alternative too.

Worth a try for £3 for 10?
Hi I wear high capacity nappy style pads for work. The thing is they fill big and bulky but there not there quite discreet under your clothes.
No one will know people don’t study you that closely
When you find the right pad pants or nappy that your happy with and you can trust to do it’s job you sòon get used to wearing them.
I have never found pull ups to be much use as I will leak a full bladder in one go. I wear two different Tena maxi products, active slip and flex, and a good tip I got early on was to go up a waist size in trousers giving more room in the seat and help hide any nappy outline.
Most people are not looking at you below the waist anyway so in the over three years I’ve had the problem I’m not aware of anyone who guessed what I was wearing underneath. Yes, using the active slip you can in a quiet room hear a slight crinkle from the plastic back but once there is more ambient room noise be assured you are aware of it more than anyone else.
My advice would be to find a product you are comfortable wearing and gives you the needed protection and don’t worry too much bout anyone noticing.
I must admit I’m feeling a lot more confident in an active slip, the alternative of leaking in work is much more embarrassing. I do sometimes worry about leaking a full bladder, as I have done fairly recently. I agree it should be a product you feel more comfortable wearing.
