Me and my family are about to book flights for a short trip away to Spain…can’t wait! However, I have light/moderate incontinence after a hysterectomy. This has been VERY debilitating and worrying for me…but I really don’t want it to ruin our holiday. The plane is something I am particularly worried about…as we are going to be sat down for a long period of time. Any tips would be amazing. Thanks, Alison
I have flown all over the world wearing a nappy and plastic pants and have never been stopped once. I have always carried spares in my hand luggage along with everything I need to change myself. Get a really small tub to put any cream in though and put that in the clear plastic bag and you should be grand. I always wear pretty thick protection as I don’t want any leaks on the seat.
